So my friend just had me over to do this work out called insanity. It was crazy hard and resulted in quite a few pulled muscles. My calves, my shoulders, and my back and arms.
It caused me to walk in a limp and look like a hunchback. So I put a little bit of white vinegar on the hurting areas then a bandage On Over it. The pain almost immediately went away. Hope this helps for all u teenagers pulling muscles. 🙂
