Hi everyone, my morning sickness as it is making it hard for me to go about my day. i have tried many things from fruit smoothies, mint soda to hot soup! but nothing worked. recently i came across a natural ice lolly… called lillipop, this has really reduce my morning sickness! its really worth the try!

for motion sickness i have found that drinking a little bit of lemon juice or eating mustard is helpful. also there is a chewable pill called bonine that is reasonably inexpensive.

eat dry biscits or plain toast as soon as you wake to line your stomach and fill your tummy with something that wont make you sick. you’ll find you dont get sick when your stomach isn’t empty.

When I was pregnant I didnt find out until later on in my morning sickness, but I would suck on LEMON DROPS! It helped me so much! As soon as I woke up I would pop one in and had to use them occasionally during the day. Crackers never worked for me. I will use this in my next pregnancies!! Hope this helps!

I KNOW THIS DOESN’T SOUND GOOD WHEN YOUR NOT FEELING WELL,BUT ROOM TEMP 7UP OR SPRITE.THIS REALLY HELPED ME WHEN I WAS PREGNANT.I ALSO KEPT CRACKERS BY MY BED SO WHEN I WOKE UP I ATE THEM RIGHT AWAY.

For morning sickness with all 5 of my pregnancies I would suck on a lemon slice everymorning….works like a charm!

True peppermint (not artificial flavor or other mints) will soothe the nausea of morning sickness. I used ‘Altoids’ but other sources of peppermint (including smelling the crushed plant itself) will work.

This is an old family recipe for Morning Sickness. Gather 2 kiwi, 3 ornges, 8 peaches, 1 pinapple, grapes, and mix theme in the blender with 1 cup of venilla icecream and that sould cool down your stomach!!!

Take half a unisom tablet every night. It helps a TON with morning sickness, and you are able to get more sleep, with helps with feeling sick anyway. Very easy… I went from throwing up 6 times a day to just once in the morning… saved my life!
