I have Lymes and Mono and with that came extreme fatigue. My research in natural home made remedies ruled out many things but one, Virgin Coconut Oil. I take three tablespoons a day with or without meals. If you google the benifits of Coconut oil, there are so many for every ailment and not costly and available at Food Lion. I was not getting any relief and sleeping most of the day and night between the pain pills, doxycycline, muscle pain, and now I take the Oil, and also massage it into any area that hurts in joints, neck, shoulder and it is a wonderful pain reliever and taking it internally boost your matablisym, it doesn’t hurt to breath now that I am not so fatigued. Also while fatigued, comes emotional fatigue so stay away from negative people or ones that drain you as much as possible.


I’ve had problems with tiredness/fatigure for about 10 years now. I can drink tons of coffee or coffee energy drinks and still take a nap or fall asleep unintentionally. I’ve seen doctors and tried varies medicines, vitamen complexes, exercise, all kinda of BS.

What I find works is dextro-amphetamine, a highly controlled substance. Typically you’ll need a doctor to prescribe this and it has to be written every month. If you live in the U.S. and aren’t lucky enough to have health insurance you can order it online on sites such as Silk Road or Atlantis, but it’s usually over-priced but still cheaper than paying doc/pharmacy out of pocket it most cases, but use caution and check the legality of buying such online within your jurisdiction. Your last/cheapest option would be to synthesize it yourself with some 2P and hydrochloric acid but that can obviously be dangerous and impercise so use caution and be aware of the risks and legal status of doing so.


This isn’t exactly a remedy but more of a life style. Go to bed early and get up a little later than usual. Slowly work your way up to your goal. Record yourself using an app on your phone or a simple recorder and see if you snore this can disrupt sleep so you could get a c-pap machine. Take a small nap if you get the chance.


If your more tired than you usually are and feel like you always need to sleep, please don’t ignore it and go to the doctors – I wasn’t going into college because I was so tired I couldn’t get out of bed. In the end I was rushed into hospital with glandular fever. Please, if you’re reading this get a blood test and rule out anaemia or glandular fever.


Usually when I am fatigued for no apparent reason, it is because I’m dehydrated. I noticed that if I drink plenty of water, not tea or diet drinks, I have much more energy, my mood is elevated, and I can think more clearly.


For fatigue, when people go to the doctor with this the most common cause is mild aneamia. So take iron supplements or eat lots of red meat and green vegetables to get your iron levels up. If you’re already doing this there is probably another cause and you should go see your doctor and get it investigated.


Have the most spiciest of things ..and soon you will be jumping around.


Apply a hydrating mask on the face. Put a slice of cucumber on each closed eyelid. lie down and rest for 10 minutes. Remove the cucumbers and for the next 5 minutes hang your head off the side of the bed allowing the blood to circulate. After you remove the mask hydrate with your favorite moisturtzer. You will feel like a new person.


Drink some tea boiled with 1/4 teaspoon powdered cardamom.


Drink a glass of juice that is one part grapefruit and one part lemon.
