Cold and Flu Home Remedies

I make my own tinctures using herbs like chamomile, rosemary, cats claw, aloe vera any form liquid or edible gel, a little vodka and some I make with out vodka, peppermint.. you pre boil a pan then add the herbs, let cool and strain then using a small stainless steel strainer and stainless steel pans you never cook or use aluminum pans they are bad..
there are tons of books and videos on how to make your own tinctures plus they last a long time.. and can be used for the winter during cold and flu season.. best of luck and health you mind, body and spirit..


Mix 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice(can substitute the lemon juice from concentrate), 1 Tablespoon raw honey, 1-2 cloves fresh garlic(can use the jarred minced garlic), and 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper in a plastic container with a lid. once all ingredients are mixed together, cover and store in the refrigerator. take 1 teaspoon of this mixture about once every hour while you are awake. this remedy will cut the time you have the cold or flu in half.
