For eye ache, in general, eye exercises work well and also help you focus. It is very much like muscle ache = exercise.
Always remember to do them gently and never strain.
Use cold whatever you use, because it helps the circulation in the same way as it does when you have a cold shower.
Obviously an eye check every so often is a good idea.
But what most people will not tell you is that eyes need exercise. It makes sense that if you are always looking in the same direction and at the same short distance, your muscles will lose their tonicity.

put green tea bags in warm or boiling water and place on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. works great and is very soothing.

“I am so glad I found out your website. I’ve had eye floaters for many years now, and last year I underwent laser removal surgery because I was so fed up with them. After surgery I was in excruciating pain for almost two weeks, and although it did clear up most of my floaters, I could still see like faint webs when I was watching TV or working on my computer. Even though my first surgery was a very painful experience, I was planning to undergo a second one in the hopes of getting rid of my annoying floaters once and for all.By accident I found out about your system, and considering I was going to spend almost a thousand dollars on my second laser surgery, I thought paying a few bucks for your system wouldn’t hurt. I am so glad and thankful that I did, because by following your instructions and tips, my floaters are now practically gone (every now and then I do get a hint of them, but they’re not annoying any more) and now I don’t have to undergo another painful eye surgery…not to mention the money I saved.i suggest to everyone to follow this link here

I get bad eye strain from not getting enough sleep. This is painful to me. This is what I do and it works great. You have mucles in your eyes…they get overworked just like any mucle, for me it’s right above my eyelids, if you rub them gentley you can tell there sore. First I take advil as this helps take the pain away, but more importantly it is a imflammatory and will take the swelling down around the mucles. Then (I read about this somewhere)laydown and take the palms of your hands and cover your eyes with them applying ample pressure for 20 minutes. Within about a half hour all the pain is gone. It also helps to wear your glasses for a while afterwards even if you don’t wear them all the time.(if you have them) as it helps the mucles not to have to strain to see things and relaxes them.

Can I just say that Eye Floaters No More has been a miracle cure for me! I had been stuck with those annoying floaters for many years, and it is so frustrating when the doctors just tell you that they’re harmless and to learn to live with them…obviously they don’t know what it is like. I have tried everything that claimed to help clear eye-floaters – eye solutions and washes, eye relaxation techniques, and other weird stuff…nothing worked…that is, until I tried your system. It does what it claims to do, period. Anyone who is contemplating whether to try it or not, I strongly urge you to get it as it will work like it did for me. My eye floaters are a thing of the past, thank you Eye Floaters No More!

Get your eyes checked out by an optometrist!!! I have worn glasses all of my life and your vision changing is the most common cause of eye aches. If that doesn’t work, cool wet tea bags, any kind, can do wonders. Place on your eyes and flip them over as they get warm for at least 15 minutes. Mint works especially well if you have an accompanying headache.

Use an ice bag (or an ice cube wrapped in a dishcloth) to cool your eyes. This also works very well for eye pain caused by excessive exposure to sunlight or arc welders.

Put a slice of cucumber on each of the closed eyelids. Lie down and rest for 10 minutes.

Mix equal amounts of powdered liquorice and cumin seeds. Every day for a month, take 1/4 teaspoon of this with a teaspoon of honey.
