If you see quitting smoking as hard it may be because you are trying to bite off more than you can chew. In this case, start small, focus on quitting for just half a day, and do a whole day the next day. Or don’t smoke in half of the situations in which you would usually smoke, until you don’t smoke in any situation.

5) Change the way you see smoking cigarettes
